If you are under 18, please do not use this Site or submit any personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us at the address listed in Section 9.

2.3 Combined Information
If Non-PII is ever combined with PII in a way that makes it personally identifiable, we will treat the combined data as PII and handle it accordingly.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain Non-PII through your browser and through cookies and similar tracking technologies. This includes device information, browsing activity on the Site, session duration, and referral sources.
3.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site, analyze usage patterns, and deliver a better user experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect certain features of the Site.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:

8. Your Rights and Choices
8.1 Opt-Out of Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly at info@thefolsongroup.com. 8.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no universal standard for how to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently alter its practices based on Do Not Track requests.
9. SMS Communications and Opt-In
9.1 How We Collect Your Mobile Number and Consent
We collect your mobile phone number only when you voluntarily provide it, such as through a contact form, intake form, or event registration on our Site. By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from The Folson Group LLC. We will not send you SMS messages without your prior affirmative consent, and your mobile number will never be collected through passive or automatic means.
9.2 Types of SMS Messages We Send
Once you have opted in, we may send you text messages for the following purposes: responding to inquiries you have submitted; sharing information about our services, events, or resources; sending appointment reminders or scheduling confirmations; and delivering marketing or promotional content about The Folson Group LLC. Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us.
9.3 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may also reply HELP for assistance. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications such as email. For additional help, contact us at info@thefolsongroup.com.
9.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and data plan. The Folson Group LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of SMS communications. Please contact your mobile carrier with any questions about applicable rates.
10. Mobile Information and Third-Party Sharing
We take the privacy of your mobile information seriously. The Folson Group LLC will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Mobile information, including your phone number and messaging history with us, may be shared with our SMS platform provider (such as a CRM or messaging service) solely to facilitate the delivery of messages you have consented to receive. Any such provider is contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for purposes other than delivering those communications on our behalf. Your mobile information will never be used for affiliate marketing or passed to data brokers.
11. Data Security and Handling
11.1 Security Measures
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include, where appropriate, the use of encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls limiting who within our organization can access personal information, secure storage practices for both digital and physical records, and periodic review of our data handling procedures. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.2 Data Handling Practices
We collect only the personal information necessary for the purposes described in this Policy (data minimization). Access to personal information is restricted to employees, contractors, and service providers who have a legitimate need to access it in order to perform their responsibilities. All such parties are subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not process your personal information in ways that are incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected without your consent or a lawful basis for doing so.
11.3 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is reasonably likely to result in risk to the rights and freedoms of affected individuals, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. We will take prompt action to investigate, contain, and remediate any confirmed or suspected breach.
